3. NEW CHAPTER EXPANSION: If you have gotten approval from the National President to start a Chapter in your local area fill out the PPMC-SC Membership Application by clicking on this link PPMC-SC Membership Application and choose "NEW CHAPTER BEING FORMED" on the application. A non-refundable application fee of $125 is due at the time of application submission. All chapter members will need to fill out this application and pay the non-refundable application fee.
